Tree and Shrub ID (Oak Keepers series)
Join Restoration Ecologist Melissa Grycan on Sunday, June 24 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Hennen Conservation Area (4622 Dean St., Woodstock)
Learn how to identify common native trees and shrubs. The class will be inside and outside, so dress for the weather. $10 per person. Registration open now!
How to become an Oak Keeper: Attend five Oak Keeper programs throughout the year. At the end of the year, join us at the required hands-on restoration workshop party to learn techniques of clearing invasive brush. Certificates and t-shirts will also be handed out!
